I.How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

We may use your personal information to provide and improve the miner monitoring, operation and maintenance and related management services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) that AntSentry provides to you and to improve your experience on this website. “Personal Information” refers to all kinds of information related to identified or identifiable natural persons recorded by electronic or other means, excluding the information processed anonymously. When you create an account for using the service, we collect the information you provide to us.

3.Log in and Use AntSentry

When you log in AntSentry, we will collect the aforementioned log data, and your mobile number, email address and password you volunteered to provide.

You can use information browsing, mining machine management, data analysis, warning notification and other functions provided by AntSentry. In order to use AntSentry, you first need to add your mining machine information to the Website, including but not limited to, device brand, device category, device quantity, mining pool information, electricity fees information and other data. In order to send you important notifications related to the services, we will send you information through your email address, mobile number and other contact information you provide.

4. Technical Support

In order to troubleshoot when you send us error reports, provide technical support to you and protect the safety of our products, services and users, we will use the aforementioned log data and any other data you voluntarily provide as is necessary for us to provide you with technical support. If you do not agree to provide the aforesaid data, you will be deemed to reject troubleshoot provided by us.

5. Subscription Service

Upon your express consent or initiative request, we will send you information about products and services you might be interested in, invite you to our promotional activities and market surveys, or send marketing information to you. 6. Improve Quality of Service

We will use your log data to provide you with a personalized user experience and content, including credit-to-issue services and special services for large customers. III.Information Entrusted Processing, Provision andPublic Disclosure

1. Entrusted Processing

We may entrust other companies to process your personal information on our behalf. For example, companies that handle hotlines, send emails, provide technical support on our behalf. Such companies may only use your personal information for the purposes of providing services to you on our behalf. Upon termination of the entrust, we will request that the entrusted party no longer retain your relevant personal information.

We will have in place stringent confidentiality agreements or terms governing the handling of personal information with the entrusted companies, requiring them to process personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and relevant confidentiality and security measures.

1. Consult, Change or Delete

In such countries or regions, the subject of the personal information or the authorized person (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Requestor") may make a request to us for consultancy of, change of, or deletion of the relevant personal information retained by us (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Request").

(1)Requesting Modes and Channels

A request for a personal information subject must be made in writing. The requests are valid even when the requester does not specify the laws on which the requests are based. Generally speaking, oral requests for access are not valid, but if the legislation of some countries also recognizes the validity of oral requests, we will follow such provisions.

If you would like to request access to your personal information held by us or if you believe any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please submit your request to our email. We will take necessary organizational and technical measures to fully protect the security of your personal information, and we will only process your personal information within the scope of this Privacy Policy. We will not infringe upon your fundamental rights and freedoms.

For users accessing the Website from the European Economic Area, the content under Article XI Item 2 above shall supersede the content under Article X of the Privacy Policy.

3. International Transmission

When you use AntSentry, your personal data will be collected and transmitted directly to our servers outside the European Economic Area. We will protect your personal information in accordance with the standards and measures set forth in Article 4 of the Privacy Policy.

If any transmission of personal information constitutes "transmission of personal data to a third country or international organization" as defined in Chapter V of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we will, in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations, take necessary transmission safeguards to ensure the adequacy of information protection, including but not limited to signing standard terms of information protection with the recipient.
