I.How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

We may use your personal information to provide and improve the miner monitoring, operation and maintenance and related management services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) that AntSentry provides to you and to improve your experience on this website. “Personal Information” means any information relating to a natural person identified or identifiable that can be recorded electronically or in other ways, alone or jointly with other information. When you create an account for using the service, we collect the information you provide to us. We also use a variety of techniques to collect and store information, including cookies, pixel tags, local storage (such as browser network storage or application data cache, database and server logs).

1.View Website and Its Content

AntSentry collects information (hereinafter referred to as “log data”) sent by your browser when you browse the Website from your computer or mobile device. This log data may include the following information: your computer's Internet Protocol (hereinafter referred to as “IP”) address, browser type, browser version, page of services you visit, access time and date, time spent on these pages, and more Statistical data. In addition, we may use third-party services such as Google Analytics to collect, monitor, and analyze such information to enhance the functionality of our services. 3.Log in and Use AntSentry

When you log in AntSentry, we will collect the aforementioned log data, and your mobile number, email address and password you volunteered to provide.

You can use information browsing, mining machine management, data analysis, warning notification and other functions provided by AntSentry. In order to use AntSentry, you first need to add your mining machine information to the Website, including but not limited to, device brand, device category, device quantity, mining pool information, electricity fees information and other data.

4.Send you important notifications.

In order to send you important notifications related to the services, we will send you information through your email address, mobile number and other contact information you provide.

5.Technical Support

In order to troubleshoot when you send us error reports, provide technical support to you and protect the safety of our products, services and users, we will use the aforementioned log data and any other data you voluntarily provide.

6.Subscription Service

Upon your express consent or initiative request, we will send you information about products and services you might be interested in, invite you to our promotional activities and market surveys, or send marketing information to you. If you do not want to receive such information, you can opt-out at any time.

7.Improve Quality of Service

We will use your log data to provide you with a personalized user experience and content, including credit-to-issue services and special services for large customers. Meanwhile, we will carry out internal auditing, data analysis, and research; analyze business operation efficiency and measure market shares to improve our products and services.

If you click the link, we will track your visit to help us learn about your preferences for products and services and improve our service. III.Information Entrusted Processing, Sharing, Transfer and Public Disclosure

1.Entrusted Processing

We may entrust other companies to process your personal information on our behalf. For example, companies that handle hotlines, send emails, provide technical support on our behalf. Such companies may only use your personal information for the purposes of providing services to you on our behalf.

For any extra requests for the same information, we may charge a reasonable fee based on actual administrative costs according to the applicable laws.

(2)Validity of Request

Most laws require entities requesting for personal information to comply with specific requirements when they initiate requests. This Private Policy requires entities requesting for personal information to:

A.Submit requests through our email;

B.Provide sufficient information for us to verify their identities (to ensure those who initiate the requests are the data subjects themselves or those authorized by them);

We will release the methods for withdrawing consent for specific products and services in the privacy notice or supplementary statement of those products and services or upon request according to articles above.

3.Deregistering ID

You can deregister your account by our email. After you deregister your account, we will stop providing products and services, and delete your personal data unless otherwise stipulated by law. Your account cannot be restored after deregistration. You need to register a new ID if you want to use related products or services again. You can submit a deregistration application and complete the process in the setting menu after logging in to your AntSentry ID on related devices, applications or official website.

XI.Special Reminder for Users in European Economic Area (EEA)

If you are visiting the Website from the European Economic Area (EEA), in addition to the above, we remind you to read the following special instructions. In the event of any inconsistency between the following special instructions and the aforementioned privacy protection terms, the following special instructions shall prevail.

Usage Purpose and Legal Basis of Personal Information Processing

We process your personal information for the purposes listed in Article I of this Privacy Policy.

The legal basis for our processing of your personal information for the purposes stipulated in Article I, Items 1 to 5 above is necessary for the performance of the AntSentry User Agreement you signed as a party. If you refuse to provide such personal information, you will not be able to use the relevant functions.

The legal basis for our processing of your personal information for the purpose stipulated in Article I, Items 6 above is your authorized consent or our legitimate interest in promoting our products or services.

The legal basis for our processing of your personal information for the purpose stipulated in Article I, Items 7 above is our legitimate interest. We will take necessary organizational and technical measures to fully protect the security of your personal information, and we will only process your personal information within the scope of this Privacy Policy. We will not infringe upon your fundamental rights and freedoms.

The legal basis for our processing of your personal information for the purpose stipulated in Article I, Items 8 above is to comply with our obligations under applicable laws and regulations.

2.Your Rights

To the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, as the provider of personal information, you are entitled to:

(1)to inquire us how to process your personal information and to request us to provide a copy of the relevant personal information.

For users accessing the Website from the European Economic Area, the content under Article XI Item 2 above shall supersede the content under Article X of the Privacy Policy.

3.International Transmission

When you use AntSentry, your personal data will be collected and transmitted directly to our servers outside the European Economic Area. We will protect your personal information in accordance with the standards and measures set forth in Article 4 of the Privacy Policy.

If any transmission of personal information constitutes "transmission of personal data to a third country or international organization" as defined in Chapter V of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we will, in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations, take necessary transmission safeguards to ensure the adequacy of information protection, including but not limited to signing standard terms of information protection with the recipient.
